What size should I buy?
Mens T-shirts and Hoodies are your standard USA sizes, so if you're in Europe you may want to order a size down. Our Womens Tees are Junior Fit (tight to the body) and tend to run a little small, so if you like loose, order a size up or a mens style.

What are your shirts made of?
Our shirts are made of soft, 5oz, 100% cotton and are professionally printed on commercial printers by only the most qualified Donkeys. We recommend soaking brand new shirts in light salt water for 10 minutes, then washing the shirts, INSIDE-OUT, in COLD WATER the first time around and drying on low heat. Each style has the sizes/colors available listed on its page.

Why do some shirts cost more?
DonkeyTs.com is a new type of pricing company. We sell our shirt from the newest/least popular starting at $12, and our most popular at $20. So check back often and get that new fresh Tee design while the price is low! **HINT HINT** ...We give our Facebook and Twitter friends a lot of discounts and free Tee contests weekly.

What if I order the wrong size?
In the event that you are unsatisfied with the size of your order, you may exchange any unworn shirt within 7 days of receipt. When returning a shirt, please make sure to include a note that specifies what you would like us to exchange it for. Unworn/unwashed shirts can be returned for a $5/tee reshipping fee.

How long will my order take to arrive?
USA 48 States, Domestic- Please allow 3-5 Business Days after your "Sent email" is received.

Canada, HI, AK, PR- Please allow 5-7 Business.

International- Please allow 6-10 Business days.

Other delivery options, such as overnight shipping are available in some situations, please email us directly.

Tracking Your Order:
When your shipping label is printed, we will email you a Shipping Confirmation E-mail.
We ship packages using USPS, and FedEx depending on the size of your order. All "Expedited Shipments" use 3rd day Priority Mail. If you haven't received by your shipping time guaranty (see above for your location) Please email us ASAP, so we can track it down and get it to you Immediately.

Snail Mail Orders:
Orders can also be placed via regular mail submission. We accept check or money orders. Please print out and send a list of your order, along with shipping address to us. Email us for our most current snail mail box address.
