David - I fly ~200,000 miles a year. Most people on planes and in airports are F'ing morons and mess up travel for those of us who get it. There is EVERY justification in the world for an FA to get pissed at the stupid, selfish, thoughtless acts of the passengers they are forced to feed and water and pretend to like. Steve is my hero. If I were a lawyer I'd take the case for free...and win by showing videos of the retarded people who are flying behind me right now [yeah, we have WiFi on this flight and I'm in FC gloating about it].
